“This guy is going places and – although Hammer Horror is back in an “official” incarnation – Thorpe’s gothic miasma’s are the honest offspring of those “pure” supernatural melodramas that changed the face of dark fantasy cinema.”

-  Chris Alexander, Editor in Chief of Fangoria Magazine.

Let’s see what’s on after ‘The Professionals’ shall we…

As ‘The HAIRY HANDS’ was inspired by such British TV fare as ‘Tales of the Unexpected’ and ‘Armchair Thriller’, here’s what it might have looked like on a black and white portable back in the day…

And yes, those are the unmistakeable tones of Doug Bradley.

In between filming introductions for ‘FEARNET’, Ashley Thorpe and Edward Berry have a very light hearted impromptu chat about the progress of ‘Borley Rectory’, filming ‘The Hairy Hands’ and their Producers transformation into ‘a shaved egg’…

Disclaimer: This harmless bit of banter is in no way questioning the professionalism of Producer Tom Atkinson (sanity perhaps…but not professionalism). Tom is absolutely the best Producer one could ever hope for.

Special thanks to Toby DeBurgh and Cineon productions.
